At The Bong Shop, we strive for total satisfaction and offer a 30-day window for returns on unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, any products showing signs of use or wear cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the unused item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original retail packaging and use a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item is in pristine, unused condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
